Role Description:

The RBT works under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for children with autism. This position requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.

  • Assisting with assessment activities for treatment plans and behavior interventions
  • Assisting with activities directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation
  • Working with client family members and building rapport
  • Helping plan general therapy activities
  • Other duties, such as marketing events and various projects may be requested of this position

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

  • Employees in this position must be able to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs., and the position requires prolonged periods of working at a computer, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Sprinting and quick pivoting motions may be required in response to elopement behavior from clients. Staff should be able to sustain a minimum of continuous 3 hour client appointments. In some circumstances, this position may require blocking, redirecting, and tolerating potentially ongoing aggressive behavior from clients.
