Sales Associates are the face of the property, and the driving force behind its revenue. As the resident’s first impression, they have the ability to make a lasting impact and turn an initial lease signing into a long-term resident.
Job responsibilities include:
- Ability to overcome objections to close a sale
- Building relationships to increase resident retention
- Ability to meet monthly, weekly goals and sales targets
- Mastering our operational systems and processes for renewals, rentals and driving traffic
- Delivering excellent customer service to our residents
