Leading Middle TN Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent/Property Manager/Leasing Agent for their Coffee County and the surrounding area market. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with excellent communication skills. The Property Manager/Leasing Agent will be tasked with presenting and leasing single family properties to prospective lessors as well as managing occupied properties in Coffee County and the surrounding area . The goal is scouting potential clients, turning them into tenants and achieving high occupancy rates. This is also in addition to maintaining good communication with current tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

· Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials

· Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants

· Confirm rental application data and personal references

· Provide information on all aspects of properties to potential and new tenants

· Negotiate leasing terms and secure leases

· Maintain good communication with current tenants and property owners

· Serve as a liaison for tenants between various company departments (maintenance/accounting) to ensure excellent customer service

· Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

· Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market

· Stay knowledgeable of the property market conditions

· Market Stones River Property Management in the community to bring on additional properties in the area for management services.

Skills

· Must have an active Tennessee Real Estate License

· Working experience as leasing agent and/or sales agent

· Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices

· Proven track record of successful sales

· Up to date knowledge of market conditions

· Computer Skills / Microsoft Office familiarity

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Persuasive with marketing and sales skills

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Bachelor degree in real estate, marketing or similar fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
