To Oldfather Group it doesn’t matter if you’ve been licensed for 30 days or 30 years, if you want to get into production and be given the leads/training on how to do it…you’ve come to the right place. Our Expectations From You:
Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
Write purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
Stay attentive and available for all your clients consistently.
Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.
