Responsibilities:- Guide buyers through the stages of buying a home
- Work with home inspectors and other real estate agents to get the best deal for your clients
- Create and submit written offers promptly
- Reach out to prospective buyers to assist them in getting pre-qualified for a mortgage loan
- Set appointments for buyers to go on home tours and view properties for sale
- Have an active real estate license or be close to receiving one
- Familiar with the real estate, neighborhoods, and sales patterns in our region
- Outstanding interpersonal and people skills
- One year of experience as a real estate agent
- High school diploma or GED with a college degree preferred
