The Assistant Manager provides optimal broker support by working directly with Office Manager and Managing Broker with general office tasks, listings and basic transaction management needs.

Expectations:

  • Covering Breckenridge and Frisco offices
  • 9am-5pm; shift days are TBD
  • Welcome and greet guests with an enjoyable and high standard experience
  • Answer phones
  • Set up showings for listings using Showingtime
  • Creation of and maintain marketing materials: office window and tv presentations; listing publication emails to outside brokers
  • Assistance with real estate transactions
  • Office duties: office supplies, daily mail pick up & drop off, technology assistance, maintain office appearance
  • Creation of monthly broker floor schedule
  • Upper management assistance: special projects, office meetings and parties, intra-office email distributions

Skill Requirements:

  • Real estate office experience (3 years min)
  • Superb customer service skills (3 years min)
  • MS Office 365 suite (3 years min)
  • Administrative Office experience (3 years min)
  • Reliable vehicle to move between offices and run errands
  • CTMe and CTM One experience (preferred)
