Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose real-time, creative solutions to suit their needs
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matter with the upmost integrity and discretion
  • Perform comps for market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Display and market property to prospective buyers
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
  • Maintain and update listings with available properties
  • Communicate effectively with develop networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience in related fields, sales and/or academic experience
  • Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Emphasis on strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Real Estate Agent License or in process of completing classes
  • Google Suite familiarity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
