Receiving and Storage - 11 Month Seasonal Position (Staff) Job at St. Lawrence University
Primary Responsibilities
Under direct supervision by DS management, receives, stores, and delivers food and supplies plus delivers staff to designated satellite destinations as well as moving heavy objects, equipment and related items in the Dining Services Department.
Schedule – Tues – Fri. – 8:30-5:00pm and Saturday 7:00-3:30pm
Days off- Sunday and Monday

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years in food related or receiving and storage positions helpful.
Ability to move 25 lbs or more a distance of 10 ft ; to operate standard dining service equipment and machinery.
Ability to develop positive and productive working relationships.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, co-workers and the campus community.
Must be able to support a positive work environment through teamwork, honesty, being approachable and a commitment to customer service. Basic computer skills helpful. Must be able to meet the university’s requirements to be authorized to drive a university vehicle.
1-2 years in food related or receiving and storage positions helpful.
