RECEPTIONIST AND OFFICE RESOURCE COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist and Office Resource Coordinator is a non-exempt, full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. This role is responsible for handling incoming telephone calls for both our Denver and Glenwood Springs office, welcoming visitors, coordinating conference room reservations, scheduling firm events, arranging lunches, ordering and stocking office supplies and refreshments, and light break-room organization and cleaning. Superb organizational skills, the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and exercising independent judgment on a daily basis is key.
HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (In Office Daily)

COMPENSATION: Salaried - $35,000 to $45,000 annually, depending upon experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes and attends to clients/guests promptly and courteously; always maintaining an upbeat and pleasant attitude
- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls in a timely manner; communicating with attorneys and clients in a professional manner with discretion and confidentiality; applicant will be expected to handle calls for both the Denver Office (approximately 25 attorneys and staff members) and Glenwood Springs Office (4 attorneys and staff members)
- Provide potential clients with general information about the firm and services provided, including office hours and directions.
- Collects and records basic caller information including name, email and return phone number and routes information to other firm staff
- Maintains conference room calendars and communicates with Office Services/Hospitality to ensure proper arrangements are made for meal ordering
- Accepts and logs in all FedEx, UPS, courier and all vendor deliveries
- Assists with projects as assigned
- Interacts positively with attorneys and staff in a fast -paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Maintains general knowledge and awareness regarding inventory of office supplies and refreshments and places orders as necessary
- Ensures that dishes in break-room are properly cleaned, using dishwasher, and stored
- Collects mail from mailroom and sorts and distribute mail throughout the office
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Experience in professional business environment preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and strong problem solving skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Office required, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of phone systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Ability to routinely lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to sit, stand and walk required
- Ability to reach, lift, climb, balance, stoop and crouch required
- Ability to see and read PC screens; detect color coding, read fine print, and/or normal type size print
