- Computer Proficient expertise in the Outlook, Microsoft, Google Docs and ability to become proficient with proprietary industry software
Our client in Novato is looking for a front desk/receptionist to join their team. For the right candidate, this position will become permanent. We are looking for someone who has prior office experience, has reliable transportation, and is interested in growing within a company. This position will be working 100% in the office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing records, digital and physical filing
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Perform local errands, such as banking and notice posting (reliable vehicle required)
- Assist in various tasks related to property management, including taking and entering payments into our software.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopier, postage machine, and scanner.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
