What You’ll Do:

Deliver an outstanding first impression both on the phone and in person to our prospects, vendors, and family members. Provide administrative support to other departments, use Microsoft Office programs and other software programs to manage calendars, track appointments, and complete data entry. Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and team members.

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED preferred, one year of administrative/customer service experience, knowledge of multi-line phone systems, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Someone with passion and heart for seniors, a team player who is a self-starter, has great customer service skills and can multi-task in a very busy environment.
