Job Details for Receptionist:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 830am-430pm
• Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for Receptionist:

• Assist with all administrative and clerical tasks including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying
• Manage calendars for meeting rooms and spaces
• Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to the various departments as needed
• Handle phone, email, and other communications with teams, customers, and clients

Job Requirements for Receptionist:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years in administrative or clerical support
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook
