We are currently recruiting for an Receptionist/Office Clerk to work at our Administration Office located in Edison, NJ. The qualified candidate will assist various departments within the administration building. Responsibilities include, providing clerical support, typing correspondence, creating electronic folders, faxing and scanning documents, and maintain postage machine. The Receptionist/Office Clerk will also provide receptionist duties by greeting and announcing visitors, posting and distributing mail and answering and directing phone calls.

Job Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, data entry skills and experience with database systems

Hours Per Work Week: 35 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am-4pm
