- Receptionist -Meadows Front Desk - Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 8am -4pm
The Receptionist for the Meadows front desk will receive calls coming into Tel Hai, transfer calls, direct visitors and residents, answer inquiries, and other general clerical responsibilities such as data entry, sorting mail, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant demeanor and good telephone etiquette required.
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to use basic Microsoft suite required.
- Ability to operate phone system and have manual dexterity to complete tasks required.
- Experience working with seniors or in medical setting helpful.

Vaccination Statement: Tel Hai Retirement Community requires all employees to receive their annual flu shot and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless he/she has an approved medical or religious exemption. Upon hire, an employee must have their flu shot and their first dose of a two-dose series COVID-19 vaccination. Their second dose must be received within 6 weeks of hire.
