SCOPE/CONTACTS:
The incumbent has frequent contact with customers, loan officers, secretaries, and other departments of the Bank. Contacts are face-to‑face and by telephone. Important qualities for this position are strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers and provide outstanding customer service in person or on the phone.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • To provide receptionist and some secretarial services to the department and respond to customer needs for banking services.
  • Other duties may also include data entry for monthly retail reports and customer shop reports and maintaining equipment and supply stock for departments.
  • Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires above average communication skills, some mathematical and general business knowledge normally acquired by a high school graduate.
  • Eighteen to thirty-six months clerical experience and working knowledge of Excel and Word are required.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • The following qualities of performance are the most important to this particular job: good customer relation skills, telephone etiquette, initiative, reliability, flexibility, quality work, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
