Heritage Construction is looking for a Full-Time Recruiter for our Cedar Park office. This is an IN OFFICE position, M-F during normal business hours.
Heritage Construction has grown into one of the largest residential and commercial roofing contractors in Texas, with locations in all major cities. Austin, Killeen, Houston, San Antonio, New Braufels, Corpus Christi, College Station & New Orleans.
The opening for the Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, determined and wants to play a key role in a rapidly growing company.
Pay is $24-40/hr DOE.
JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruit with setting phone interviews and follow ups.
- Screen candidates resumes and references.
- Preparing candidates for in person interviews.
- Complete all onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to spend most of your day on the phone.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Experience with Excel, Google sheets and Social Media.
- Sales experience is a benefit, but not requirement.
- Communicate with branch managers and sales VP regarding start dates, onboarding status and hiring.
- We are looking for an experienced Recruiter
- All other duties assigned.
- GED or High School Diploma required.
