SSSI is looking for an experienced recruiter to help our operations acquire talent for various positions.
This is an hourly non-exempt position and pay is based on experience. Hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Delivers high-quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching temporary employees' skills with customers' needs.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
- Comprehends complex job orders.
- Analyzes resumes accurately.
- Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments
- Use various social media outlets to recruit applicants.
- Coordinates appropriate employment testing.
- Follow up with applicants.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 year previous experience in a recruiting, or similar position.
- Must be willing to work as a part of a team.
- Previous HR experience would be a plus.
Requirements:
- Background and Drug Test are required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willingness to travel around Chicagoland area.
