What We are looking for:

A&C Business enterprises is seeking a distinguished Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) with 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in balancing high-volume warehouse roles, retail, corporate and management roles, and perhaps a unicorn or two! The position will be primarily onsite at our Corporate office and will visit other company locations to understand the business and our team. Additionally, due to our rapidly growing and ever-changing business, there will be opportunities to travel to trade shows, conferences, and business meetings to network and seek prospective team members! An outgoing personality is a definite plus for this role!

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting, as well as creating and implementing a comprehensive and effective recruitment and retention plan for A&C Business Enterprises locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage the full cycle recruiting process for warehouse and retail locations while working with the Director of Human Resources to design a recruitment strategy to ensure the recruiting program meets the needs of our growing organization.

● Maintain active communication throughout the recruitment cycle, from initial contact to hiring recommendation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

● Proactively seeks out passive candidates to fill open positions while creating a pool of candidates shortening the time to fill for key positions.

● Collaborates with the HR & Marketing teams to develop, plan, & implement recruitment and marketing campaigns.

● Meet routinely with hiring managers to provide guidance and feedback. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.

● Collaborate with various internal departments to help facilitate a comprehensive new hire orientation and the initial onboarding process.

● Analyze and report on recruiting metrics minimizing time to fill and redirecting efforts on hard-to-fill positions.

● Review & update job descriptions, as required, assuring compliance with federal and local regulatory guidelines.

● Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to network and seek prospective talent.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but 3+ years of experience would be considered

● Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting is required.

● Recruitment in a warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing environment a plus

● Excellent verbal & written communication skills

● Highly proficient with Google Suite

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
