As a Recruiter/HR Assistant you will be in a collaborative and innovative environment. Use your Recruiting skills to screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, move candidates through the interviewing process, schedule in-person interviews, sending follow up emails and phone calls. As part of the HR Assistant you would provide administrative support for HR functions including maintaining records and documents, facilitating the hiring process and assisting managers and employees with HR related issues or tasksEducation/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in Recruiting desired
- 1-2 in HR Assistant or Office Assistant experience
