National Recruiting Sourcer (NRS) responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Proactively identify hiring needs and help fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
Does the Following Apply to You?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
