KidsPeace is looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Recruiting Supervisor to oversee our recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Offer viable solutions to recommended changes.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in labor legislation to determine the impact it may have on current recruitment procedures.
• Supervise the recruiting team and provide guidance, support, and backup, as needed.
• Lead all program and recruiting meetings.
• Track and report out to leadership key recruiting metrics.
• Be a bridge between the recruiting and hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on their openings and the effectiveness of the Recruiting Department.
• Acclimate yourself swiftly on the applicant tracking system and various job boards for reporting purposes.
• Educate the recruitment team on effective interviewing techniques and proper use of the ATS.
• Make sound recruitment decisions as well as demonstrate excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Supervisor and 3 years as a Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field.
• Sound knowledge of labor legislation.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.

The location for this position is a flexible hybrid model - working from the Human Resources office located at 4085 Independence Drive, Schnecksville, PA 18078 and work from home.
