Job Summary
The Reference Librarian is responsible for providing library services to faculty, staff, and students. This includes satisfying reference requests and performing various circulation duties.
Job Duties
The Reference Librarian will have the following duties: answering reference questions for faculty, staff, and students; checking library material in and out; shelving library material; cataloging library material; teaching library instruction classes; and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
The Reference Librarian position requires a Masters of Library Science or a Masters of Library and Information Science from an accredited ALA institution. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is preferred.
