Referral Liaison - Global Patient Services

The goal of the International Services Department is to provide the highest level of service that matches the care and caring you receive here at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
Assist with the management of new patient inquiries, coordinate the initial referral process, support the coordination of services delivered, and assist with the assignment of new patients/clientsor Corporate Care Systems and Executive Registry.
Preferred Criteria
- bi-lingual in Arabic or Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with hospital services; physician clinical settings; and medical terminology
Required Criteria
- At least 2-3 years prior health care/administrative experience
