Opal Keys Collection is hiring a Regional Group Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Coordinator/ Lead Catcher will support the group sales effort in the regional sales office by fulfilling multiple administrative duties, by having a working knowledge of all hotels & resorts sold throughout the regional office, and by having a full understanding of Standard Operating Procedures in the sales department and throughout the company.
Must have a minimum of one year experience in hospitality industry. Prefer degree in hospitality or related field. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong computer skills; prefer OPERA, Delphi, Excel. Must demonstrate a general understanding of hotel operations and ability to interact with clients. Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Must work well with a variety of individuals. Must be punctual and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
