Job Description


The Regional Head of People Services will lead the multi-faceted HR operations infrastructure providing both front and back-end support of H&M Group’s People Services in the Americas Region. This role will build and support an exceptional People Services team that can scale and support the company as it grows, ensuring that all colleagues are provided a world-class experience.

This position is based in New York, NY within our Human Resources Function and reports to our Regional Head of Human Resources, Americas.


Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to*:

  • Design, implement and lead the Americas People Services Center (PSC)
  • Champion the company values by proactively designing, leading and executing modern People Services initiatives
  • Establish standards and procedures for handling colleague questions, transactions, and administration of People Services programs
  • Provide leadership in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issue escalation matrix
  • Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant to the PSC operational model
  • Lead a diverse team of People Services professionals that deliver a credible and trusted service to the company’s workforce

Qualifications


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Academic Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of HR Operations/Shared Servies leadership experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience scaling an HR Shared Services center highly desired
  • Knowledge of Case Management solutions, preferably Service Now
  • Experience with SAP HCM
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple complex & confidential tasks
  • Domestic and international travel will be required, not to exceed 10% of normal work time

Hiring Range is $192,545 - $221,431 annually**
