  • Fills all required positions within a facility located in the region assigned.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the senior leadership at facilities and regional level.
  • Designs and develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Manages all job boards and applicant tracking system for each facility.
  • Works closely with Human Resources and Operations in assigned region to share best practices, aid on critical needs and coordinate on all talent initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for all facilities within assigned region.
  • Provides constructive and timely results based off the needs of each facility.
