Hudson Automotive Group is now seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team! This is a rare opportunity to work for a best-in-class operation as part of the Hudson Automotive Group Team!

The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner will utilize various sourcing strategies to attract talent to join our organization and dealership store teams. We need talent to meet our strong business growth objectives and ensure the right people are in the right jobs at the right time. This person will build proactive pipelines to meet our aggressive growth plans of the organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing potential talent for just-in-time vacancies and future opportunities. They are responsible for ensuring the processes and policies are met and hires are made in a timely manner. This person will have accountability for the deliverables of all level hiring, including skilled trades.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRBPs and GM/Hiring Managers to identify and clarify job specifications.
  • Source, screen, recruit and interview potential employees while managing candidate activity on multiple platforms
  • Work independently to qualify, and deliver a diverse set of candidates using job board postings, virtual and in-person career fairs, networking, promotions, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
  • Track open requisitions in the applicant tracking system and move them to closure
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
  • Exemplify our company's culture, values, and policies
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, etc.
  • Use data-driven approach to measure, monitor, and suggest improvements to fulfill the hiring plan, providing management with requested reports and documents
  • Drive our recruiting principals by providing an outstanding candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow up with candidates and hiring managers
  • Possess strong social networking skills
  • Previous experience in HR
  • Ability to build a rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to act and work independently
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proactive with time management skills
  • Assertiveness paired with tact, intuition, and sure instinct for finding great talent
  • High passion for diversity and ideas how to build sustainable diverse talent pipeline.
  • Available and willing to travel
