We are looking for a friendly, outgoing dental assistant to grow with a local practice in Bartlesville! If you love taking care of patients and are committed to providing quality care and creating the best possible patient experience, you might be a great fit.

In this role, you will:

• Put patients first
• Assist the doctor and hygienists in providing gentle, caring treatment for every patient
• Set up and clean operatories
• Track and improve performance
• Participate in morning huddles
• Give back to the community through service
• Work with the team on supply and equipment management
• Take radiographs and other diagnostic aids to present to the doctor
• Print the daily post-op calls report for the doctor
• Find ways to help the team develop friendship and unity
• Ask patients for feedback and a review on Google
• Be honest and kind and find small ways to help your patients have a great day

Requirements:

• Must have Registered Dental Assisting certification
• Must have Coronal Polishing certification
• Completed Infection Control Course
