Family Home Care Services, LLC is a non-medical home care company serving the needs of Tennesseans in their homes since 2006. Some clients require assessments at the time of admission and others require assessments at certain intervals of care.
The assessments required for non-medical home care are simple three-page fillable assessments.
The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in the State of Tennessee with at least two years of medical or home care experience. The candidate will set his/her own schedule with the client and within the payer source requirements; most assessments are required at the time of admission and every 60-90 days thereafter.
Pay is set as a flat rate to include all travel expenses, documentation (that can be done in the home from a smart device) and time in the client's home:
* $65 for the admission assessments that requires about 30-45 minutes in the client's home.
* $55 for the 60-90 days continuation assessment that requires about 20-35 minutes of time in the client's home.
