Registered Nurse, Home Health Care Job at LifeWorx
LifeWorx is hiring for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to assist clients 1:1 with their Home Health needs. Responsibilities include performing patient visits and monitoring their conditions, administering medication, personal care, and documentation. You should be able to address all the caregiving concerns and make appropriate adjustments to the patients’ in-home management plan.
Pay Rate: Starting $80/hour
Schedule: varies depending on the case assignment. (ex: 8am-8pm; 6pm-9am)
Locations: Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens, NY.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
- NYS Nursing License and Registration is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, including a reference from the last 24 months.
