$35 - $40 an hour
- Be available to the agency by telephone for assignments,
- Participate in activities relevant to services furnished, such as in-service of staff to clients, administration of medication training, in-service training in area such as G-tube cleaning, wound care, etc;
- Ensure that a client’s plan of care or care plan is executed as written;
- Perform initial and reassessment of client's needs:
Ensure communication with continuous of care, when there is a significant health status change in the client’s condition; at the physician’s request; or after hospital discharge,
***.50 per mileage is included for driving to conduct business on behalf of the agency.***
****The hours are flexible and nurse is able to set own schedule for working with servicing clients****
