We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, evaluate total patient care, and coordinate patient/family teaching. Also serves to direct Licensed Practical Nurse and Home Health Aide to provide quality care.

Responsibilities when you work with us:

· Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Home Health Registered Nurse delivers care to clients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation

· The RN effectively interacts and provides information on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provides case management with clients, significant others and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing

· Assesses the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status of assigned clients in a systematic and continuous manner to provide required client services

· Consults with physicians, other staff, client/family, and other caregivers to formulate a plan of care and coordinate delivery of services to ensure high quality client care

· Provides nursing services in accordance with the plan of care and utilizing the nursing process

· Performs ongoing assessment of client’s status and response to services to evaluate the plan of care and modify as necessary

· Continuously evaluates the client’s status and works with client/caregiver in developing ways to meet their needs

· Initiates and revises client care plan for the caregivers based on client’s needs and supervises the care provided by the caregivers as applicable

· Informs the physician and other healthcare team members of changes in the client’s conditions and needs

Skills when you work with us:

· Proven working experience as a Registered Nurse

· Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens

· Familiarity with essential nutrition and personal hygiene standards

· Proficiency in English

· Nursing and health care administration skills

· Caring and compassionate personality

· Must understand and respect client's including ethics and confidentiality of care

Qualifications

· Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing Program (RN) required

· Clear and active RN Licensure in the state of Florida required

· Active CPR Certification required

· Must have current health statement

· Must have required Continue Education Units (CEU’s)

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
