We are seeking a nurse (RN or LVN) to care for one patient in their home in Dumas, TX for 6 hours per month.
*This is a 1099 contractor position, not a full-time position.*

Job responsibilities:
- Execute a physician prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in a system of record.
- Perform patient assessments, coordination of care.
- Perform various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home.
- Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one.
- Communicate with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients.
Requirements:
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current CPR, First Aid, 2 step TB test, and Malpractice Insurance.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Pay: $27.00 - $39.00 per hour
