Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Location: Remote, St Louis, MO local, once a month on site

Hours: 8 hour shift - 8am-5pm M-F, flexible hours

DEA Import/Expert Specialist - Compliance Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to support compliance with government regulations, specifically the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). This position will also provide support and assistance to both strategic and tactical compliance

• Will be responsible for annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting as well as renewing all DEA federal and state registrations
• Administers internal assessments and participates in external regulatory audits with the DEA in regard to all site registrations
• Develops guidance documents for regulatory compliance procedures, identifies relevant regulatory requirements and evaluate potential impact on current or future business practices.
• Coordinates with other departments such as Legal and Operations to review and comment on inspection responses for information
• Coordinates DEA import and export regulated transactions
• Reviews/records all DEA movement transactions between registered sites
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years customer service experience

- Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus

-Someone that is coachable and willing to learn
-Must have knowledge of DEA
