Job Summary
The Rehab Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and delivery of interior rehab units on time and under budget while actively looking for better processes and procedures. This position is responsible for cost control and managing the rehab budget per property budget. This position drives high standards in quality and vendor management. The Rehab Coordinator will conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor meetings to discuss best practices and processes. The Rehab Coordinator meets with property staff to ensure ready product is available and meets all standards. The Rehab Coordinator works closely with the Senior Rehab/Turn manager. The Rehab Coordinator will manage his/her punch techs quality and performance. He/she will seek training for punch techs in the areas needed along with proper counseling. The Rehab Coordinator is responsible for necessary reporting as required and any other job tasks as outlined by their manager.
Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)
- Managing the successful completion of all interior rehab units, while meeting Ventron’s standard of quality and budget.
- Manage and oversee all rehab vendors to ensure Ventron’s policies are being followed and all invoices submitted are properly processed.
- Review rehab vendor prices by reviewing submitted data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Confirm and verify prices as necessary with guidance from the Director of Service or Senior Rehab.
- Submit proper reporting on status of rehab units on a monthly basis, or as requested. Manage the Vendor WTN audit weekly for rehabs.
- Responsible in assisting the Property Manager with renewals, maintenance issues, and resident complaints.
- Responsible for checking on resident issues and walking units that have maintenance or pest control issues, and relate the findings to the Property Manager, Senior Regional Manager, and vendor that is responsible for the issue along with the Maintenance Area Manager if the issue pertains to maintenance.

Required Education and Experience
- Experience with unit turns, renovations and delivering units to staff.
- Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from 4-year College or University preferred; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Rehab experience required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentage, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: stand, walk, talk and hear over 2/3 of the time; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl up to 2/3 of the time; sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands/arms, climb or balance up 1/3 of the time; lift up to 10 pounds up to 1/3 of the time; requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
Work Environment and Conditions
- This job operates primarily in an outdoor environment, with up to 2/3 of the time being spent in extreme heat/cold/wet/humid conditions.
- This job spends up to 1/3 of the time working near moving mechanical parts, in high/precarious places, in the presence of fumes/airborne particles, near or with toxic/caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
- This role routinely is exposed to a moderate noise environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,815.30 - $54,000.00 per year
