This is a part-time, benefit eligible opportunity (0.6 FTE- 24 hours per week), as a Therapies Support team member at our newly remodeled Maple Grove location. Work with a dedicated team of pediatric rehabilitation professionals. Work hours to be determined with direct supervisor. Job location address: 9550 Upland Lane North, Suite 220 Maple Grove, MN 55369.

This position exists to provide support to the provision of therapy services before, during, and after the appointment through maintenance of the environment of care, administrative support, and patient care assistance.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate of pay is $19/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay just one part of the compensation package for employees. Major Challenges

  • Manages shifting priorities in a dynamic environment to ensure timely and effective response to patient and organization needs.
  • Completes of a wide variety of administrative and clinical support tasks, work direction from multiple staff/supervisors, frequently and rapidly changing needs.
  • Communicates with numerous internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using of Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly dynamic team environment
  • American Heart Association BLS for HealthCare workers or obtained within 90 days of hire

Preferred:

  • Advanced training/ education
  • Experience in healthcare environment
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
