The Position:

The Reimbursement Liaison will work remotely and be responsible for reviewing nursing notes and invoices for Soleo Health patients being seen by external sub-contracted nursing companies within a specified territory. The liaison will implement critical thinking to identify invoice discrepancies, variations from nursing protocols and nursing time management. The liaison will proactively communicate with external nursing companies to improve timely submission of nursing visit documentation and invoice accuracy. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately review nursing notes to ensure each nursing visit follows the prescribed therapy.
• Reconcile invoices pursuant to contracts or Letters of Agreements (LOA).
• Responsible for preparing accurate nursing visit claims for accounting department submission for insurance reimbursement.
• Perform routine outreach to Home Health Agencies and Staffing Companies to obtain visit documentation in a timely manner.
• Professionally discuss and monitor invoice discrepancies with Home Health Agencies and Staffing companies.
• Monitoring the unbilled-pending invoice logs within your territory.
• Input future nursing visits into Scheduling software.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, accountability and responsibility in a remote working environment.
• Provide updates to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
• Facilitate the appropriate notification of critical findings to internal departments.
• Promote, foster, and maintain optimal external nursing relationships, influence positive results, and support expansion.
• Meet current documentation standards and policies with in electronic medical records.
• Ability to produce consistent work within changing environments.

Schedule:

• M-F 8:30-5pm EST

• CPR Plus systems experience highly preferred
• Prior home infusion and specialty pharmacy billing required
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Good understanding of Medical Terminology is required
• Driven to produce results, works independently, self-starter, team player, communicates effectively with internal team members, problem solver, and passion to make a difference
• Intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Highly effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
