Our servers average over $30 per hour. We are seeking extremely dependable outgoing servers that have the skill set to treat our customers so each of them feel like they received outstanding and friendly service. Our regulars (50% of our business) tend to be extremely generous. We need servers with the ability to work a variety of shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays and evening or days, as well as weekends.
Many of our servers and bartenders are making over $1000 per week working less than 30 hours; we can prove it!
Some of our staff has left for college or other careers, so we need to increase our staff to meet the anticipated growth from our aggressive new marketing strategies.
