The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Operations Consultant - Diagnostics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site and online product and service training to customers in accordance with national recommendations and guidelines. Training may range from 1-5 days.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with customers, sales, and service regarding all training and education related items
  • Conduct remote-based training
  • Provide clinical support to customers and technical personnel
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvement using direct customer feedback
  • Book travel and submit expenses according to company policy
  • Demonstrate accurate, complete and timely charting of on-site customer training experiences
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:
  • Associate's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a pulmonary/cardiopulmonary diagnostic laboratory or clinical/technical training experience within an industry related to pulmonary diagnostic testing.
  • Certified or registered pulmonary function testing (CPFT/RPFT) credential required or obtained within 12 months of date hired.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care, Exercise Physiology or related scientific field.
  • Experience with Vyaire diagnostic products preferred.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills for creating and delivering training content.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex material in understandable terms
  • Regularly incorporate multiple problem-solving strategies to identify best-practice solutions and maintain positive customer experiences despite obstacles.
  • Proven ability to teach/train technical hardware/software concepts to individuals of various styles of learning and levels of expertise.
Essential Function:
  • Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, Employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical’s Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)
Travel: 90% [domestic/international]
