Rental Car Lot Coordinator Job at BSI Solutions
Description
- Providing administrative assistance to the maintenance shop manager
- Organizing vehicles on parking lot
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
- Create repair orders and invoices for vehicle maintenance
- Take photos of damaged vehicles and write damage reports
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Drive cars to offsite locations
- Other relatable tasks as requested
Requirements
- Must be reliable and ability to work independently
- Must have organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Must be able to work indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to manage and control task management system
- Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
- Ability to walk and stand for periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
