We are looking for a Requirements Analyst to provide project management support for an ICAM solution in support of a Federal Agency.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop requirements (e.g. program level requirements, software specifications, feasibility studies, requirement analysis, etc.) from inception to conclusion on simple to complex projects.
  • Meet with stakeholders to review business processes and systems to identify, document and where necessary to “reverse engineer” requirements.
  • Perform requirements analysis, collection, assessment and monitor requirements through design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation as required.
  • Work with government stakeholders and other contractors to resolve problems which necessitates an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.
  • Define, analyze, document, and validate requirements (e.g. program features, epics, user stories, concepts of operation, service level agreements, software requirements specifications, requirements traceability matrix, Product Backlogs, User Experience definitions, requirements for usability, reliability, performance, and supportability, etc.),
  • Analyze and diagnose difficult and medium to complex hardware, software, systems and business processes and other workflow problems that are reported by users pertinent to a wide variety of applications, operating systems, and IT equipment.
  • Monitor or develop the proper work instructions in accordance with policies, standards, and approvals.
  • Coordinate review and validation of requirements and record the government’s dispositions and priorities.
  • Document requirements in government approved formats and repositories (e.g. Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Monitor and report requirement status/progress.
