Required Qualificaitons:

• BA/BS in a science, social science, health related, or business related field; or a combination of related education and work experience totaling 4 years or more.
• Working knowledge of scientific method, human subjects research, and research regulations.
• Strong computer skills (in Microsoft OS and productivity software).
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to learn and integrate new information quickly.
• Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to interact patiently and respectfully with elderly research participants.
• Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple work demands efficiently and manage time appropriately.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Reliable personal transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IRB interaction and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Have taken courses in research methods, psychology, business, data management, helping professions, or allied health fields
