Our Little Falls, MN is hiring immediately for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Resident Assistant (RA) for OVERNIGHTS- Full and Part-time Shifts!

These positions are responsible for:*
Providing personal care and following the resident's care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant information pertaining to the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:*
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a teamwork setting
Previous experience is not required
