The Resident Experience Manager supports and assists general office activities and projects with administrative tasks. Provides customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work may involve contact with homeowners and board members.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Organizes and prepares correspondence relating to association business.

· Receives and responds to incoming calls from and to homeowners, Board members and vendors.

· Follow through on various requests not limited to maintenance and residents’ complaints.

· Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the office and Associations.

· Prepares and assists community management with monthly board packages and in-house mailings.

· Updates homeowner and association information in building link and shared files.

· Keeps workspaces organized and maintained. Alerts Office Management of low supplies and assists in supply stocking and distribution.

· Processes print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed.

· Files association documents for Community Managers. Arranges for delivery and pick up of documents from storage when necessary.

· Assist with owners’ certificate of insurance requests.

· Maintains insurance records books for both vendors and unit owners.

· Sharing incident reports with residents.

· Assist with owner's elevator requests

· Organize grievance committee meetings and communicate the results to residents and the management team.

· Maintains the inventory of common areas keys, transmitters, and key fobs for residents and re- orders as needed following established procedures.

· Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe workenvironment.

· Attend daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled staff meetings.

· Reports to OfficeManager.

· Assist with FOBs Requests, programs, and update.

· Assist with Transponders Requests, programs, and updates.

· Register and Manage the Bike RoomInventory

· Manage & Maintain the Storage Room Master List

· The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind the work of different assignment positions.

· Arrange a daily/ weekly (Total Weekly Ten Hours) meeting with the Director of Facility to review current and future projects and the assigned task to resident experience manage for each project.

· Assist the Facilities director with Administrative Support 10 hours a week

· Walk property for inspection

· Effective written and verbal communication skills / fluent English.

· Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.

· Must be able to work unsupervised.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

· High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

· Multiple language fluency is desirable.

The Team Member talks frequently and needs to hear sounds or voices. Many aromas and smells are present in and around the property’s recreation areas. Balance is frequently required to prevent falling when walking, standing while moving or carrying furniture or equipment. The Team Member frequently pushes and pulls equipment. Lifting is regularly required to move, clean or prepare recreation/gym areas. Exerts up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects such as carts, furniture and linens. The Team Member is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
