Position Details
Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or
experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment,
counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma
informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges
from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field.
- Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Flexible Availability
- Ability to work on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as scheduled
Compensation Information
- Starting Wage is $17.50 / Hour
- 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium
