Our custom-built homes and luxury renovations can be found in Balsam Mountain Preserve, Bright's Creek, Champion Hills, The Cliffs Communities, Kenmure, Lake Adger, Lake Toxaway and Highlands-Cashiers, Oleta Falls, Pinnacle Falls, The Preserve at Little Pine, The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Reynolds Mountain, Versant, Wade Hampton, The Ramble, Biltmore Forest, Walnut Cove and Wildcat Cliffs.

Our expertise extends to every aspect of the building process, from site selection and preparation to master-crafted finishes and post-construction client support. We have longstanding relationships with the Southeast's premier architects and also provide complete onsite project management, design-build and luxury remodeling services.

Candidates must be experienced in luxury residential construction, planning, coordinating, managing subcontractors and vendors, and bringing projects in according to budget, timeline, and scope. The position requires experience successfully managing and directing remodeling and renovations of luxury homes. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to management and clients. Understanding of our mountain terrain and other land development and community rules and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up project timeline
  • Assist in preparing estimates and preliminary planning of remodeling and renovation projects
  • Submittal of project permits and all related compliance documents
  • Monitor and manage project deliverables - from buyout through scheduling and driving work of sub contractors
  • Work with client and designers on selecting and ordering materials
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors
  • Update team members, management, and clients on the project progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of construction software
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Programs, such as Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
