Residential Group Home Manager Job at Waymaker
Waymaker LLC is looking for a hardworking, reliable, candidate to become Group Home Manager. for our Alvin Group Home for clients with intellectual disabilities. Ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable, and hard working. Candidates must be able to stay calm under challenging situations.
Responsibilities Include: Overseeing DSP staff and ensuring that their duties are done on their shift. Approving staffs time in ADP everyday.
Making a menu each week and ordering groceries to prepare the meals on the menu's.
Reviewing the DSP staff logs to ensure they are done correctly and making staff be responsible for any corrections as needed.
Ensure that the MAR's are completed each day as medications are given. Making sure a med count is done on the beginning of every shift. Reporting med errors to the RN.
Assisting with meal preparation for clients
Assisting clients with supervised living goals
Ensuring that they go out in the community (i.e movies, park, restaurants, etc.)
Assisting with activities of daily living (i.e toileting, bathing, etc.)
Available shift for the Group Home are:
- Monday-Friday 12pm to 8pm
- Some weekends if you have to cover a shift for another staff (paid OT for any shifts you have to help cover)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
