Residential Manager will:

• Oversee/maintain operation of a community residence serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise/evaluate Direct Support Professionals in accordance with established standards
• Participate in the development of the individual program plans

We require:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the ID/DD population
• Supervisory and Domestic Household experience
• Good communication, organizational and administrative skills
• AMAP certified

Assistant Residential Manager:

Supervises/works with direct support professionals in the delivery of care to the residents including clothing needs, maintaining personal and recreational supplies, and assuring personal safety by close supervision. Assistant House Manager role requires:

• Passion to help others
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 6 months exp with ID/DD population
• Qualified NYS driver’s license
