Residential Project Manager Job at Tomm Electric
Our electrical contracting company is seeking an enthusiacstic, outgoing professional to join our team as a Residential Project Manager. A successful candidate will have experience in electrical work, light project managment, and sales. They will have excellent communication skills and willing to learn the electric vehicle charging market and work with residential customers from start to finish.
This position will include commision for closed deals and bonuses for profit goals. Tomm Electric uses a daughter brand "EV Charger Installers" (evchargerinstaller.com) to market, candiate will be expected to work with 10-20 new leads per week with existing marketing tools in place.
Responsibilities:
- Reachout to leads and schedule appointments.
- Meet customers and survey sites.
- Present proposals and close deals.
- Cooridinate permitting
- Schedule manpower.
- Procure material
- Manage project
- Close Projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
