This position offers:

• $18.00 per hour.
• $2,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus! The $2,000.00 will be paid after the successful completion of the 6-month initial evaluation period.
• Full-Time (40 Hour per week): 11PM - 7AM Awake Overnight Hours with every third weekend.

As a Residential Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operation of a community residential program for individuals with mental illness. You are also responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, and completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the values/principles of self-determination and/or recovery/resiliency in accordance with Community Services Group policies and applicable regulations. You will:

• Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

Qualifications:

• One year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory / management experience.
• Able to work flexible hours and perform on-call responsibilities as needed.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
